职位描述：

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:
'-Prepare the PO based on the approved purchasing requests and related information and submit it for approval;
-Responsible for sending the PO and filling;
-Delivery schedule following up, push, feedback and update; Make sure the schedule can meets production demands;
-Handle with complaints from both customer and internal department; Sort the daily data out for comparison and research;
-Attend the standard work  training of ISO9001、FSC、the basic knowledge of EHS organized by the company and operate as the file required ;
- Other assignment requested by superior
-根据已经审批的采购申请单和相关资料准备采购订单，递交授权者审批;
-负责采购订单的分发及归档管理;
-交货期跟进及订单的跟催,反馈和跟新,确保物料充足及交期按时满足生产的需要;
-处理内部部门及客人的投诉;准备日常工作数据作比较分析;
-需参加公司组织的ISO9001、FSC、EHS基本知识及相关程序、工作指引的培训，并在实际工作按照程序、工作指引要求进行工作;
-主管安排的其他工作.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU职位要求:
'-College or above; At least 1-2 years related working experiences ;
-Good command of written English; Familiar with office software;
-Good sense of team spirit; Good communication and analytical skills.
-专科或以上学历;1-2年相关工作经验;
-良好的沟通能力;
-有较强的英文书面沟通能力; 熟练运用办公软件;                                                                                                                                                                                                                  -较强的团队合作精神; 有良好的沟通能力与分析能力.
