Responsibilities
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
·Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
·Present realistic forecasts to the management team
·Identify new markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
·Build and maintaining client relations
·Work with internal departments such as Marketing or Product development, Customer service or Operations to engage clients more deeply
·Meet and exceed KPIs and agreed sales targets
·Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
·Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
·Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
·Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
·Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
·Execute between 20 and 40 customer visits per month
·Regular trips to other countries including South China, North China (Shanghai region), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi regions)
Requirements
· University
· Fluent oral English
· 10 years solid experience in label industry in North China region
· Good connection with vendors in North China
·Sales oriented and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
