职位描述：

岗位职责：
1, 负责与客户沟通，负责新产品的导入。
（Responsible for new product introduction and customer communication on engineering issues）
2, 评估产品结构及可制造性及报价。
(Negotiate with customer with DFM to assess the manufacturability with proposals. Analyse the cost details and provide quotation)
3. 同工艺工程师检讨制造工艺, 定义合适工艺设备及设计工装，制定控制方法及FMEA，设立生产线，审核工艺量产能力及转交给生产部量产。
(Review with process team for manufacturing process flow with CP defined and FMEA analysed, design tooling and select proper equipment, setup the production line, and qualify for mass production )
4. 跟进新产品的样本制作进度，确保一次就合格。
(Be responsible for new sample build/Prototyping/EVT/DVT/PPAP to meet time, cost and quality requirements; Ensure the first pass rate of PPAP to meet the target defined)
5, 协助项目的成本改善， 提交产品改善建议给客户获得认可
(Support on cost down with proposals on design change provided to customer and get approval)
6,. 推广项目管理工具。
(Promote the Project Management skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of new product development to satisfy customers and meet management requirements)

任职要求：
1. 机械设计与制造或相关专业毕业。大专或以上，本科优先考虑。
2. 英语四级或以上，口语流利， 能和客户口语交流。
3. 三年以上五金制造行业项目开发经验。
4. 熟练PRO/E, CAD 或UG应用。熟悉基本机械制造工艺/设备。
5. 熟悉16949体系及五大工具的基本应用。
5. 了解汽车类的铝合金压铸件及基本的机加工工艺有限考虑。
