•Lead and manage the HR and admin team to provide a comprehensive Human Resources service covering the full spectrum of HR activities covering recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training& development, succession planning, and compensation and benefits.
•Manage all administration work in China operation.
•Provide advice and support to the Management Team, and drive strategic and decision making in matters related to HR and admin policy for the company.
•Update and develop our local HR policies and practices to ensure aligned with local legislation.
•Build good relationships with key stakeholders and line managers, handle all people issues, staff complaints, disputes, etc.
•Manage social compliance audits and ensure all relevant areas are covered as per the rules and regulations defines by the government and retail brands.
•A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
•Work collaboratively with Employee Services to maintain understanding of HR systems, processes, policies and practices. Align and educate peers, direct reports and managers to ensure compliance.
•Provide guidance, coaching and intervention with all levels of employees.
面试须知:.Degree or higher diploma in related discipline with at least 5 years HR experience in managerial level & total minimum 10 years’ experience, manufacturer background is highly preferable. ? Strong HR technical competencies and demonstrated leadership competencies is required with a strong sense of personal accountability. ? Experience in handling social compliance audits and excellent knowledge in local practices ? Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin & ability to communicate in English is a must. ? Strong working knowledge of the employment market in China. ? Experience of working with senior management, with influencing, persuasion and problem-solving skills to drive through process and change. ? Knowledge of legal and regulatory factors including relevant employment laws. ? Able to communicate and interact with all levels of employees and management ? Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
