职位描述：

工作职责：
1、跟进国内和海外客户的订单/要求，执行日常操作的行政支持；
2、密切跟踪维护老客户和开发新客户，给客户提供优质的满意度；
3、协助销售部门提供优秀的售前和售后的服务给客户发展业务；
4、需密切与我厂美国总部确保交货质量和服务；
5、积极配合完成上级分配的工作。

1、有销售、业务工作经验者或者文聘；
2、有一定的珠宝行业相关经验的优先；
3、精通MS办公软件和熟练ERP系统操作；
4、学习快，有激情，工作能力强；
5、有良好的读写英语和国语者。

Responsibility:
1、Handling local,China and overseas customer's orders/inquiries,and carry out administive support for daily operations.
2、To develop existing accounts/acquire new customers and identify their needs to ensure high level of customers'satistaction.
3、Assist the sales team to provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales services for our customers to grow the business.
4、Work closely with our factory in USA,to ensure quality delivery service.
5、Any other projects or assignments from the management.

Requirement:
1、Diploma or above with experience in trading/sales business environment.
2、Experience in Jewellery or Industrial related environment would be an advantage.
3、Proficient in MS office and experience in ERP system is an asset.
4、Fast learner with passion to strive for excellence.
5、Well-organized with ability to multi-tasks.
6、Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
